I have nearly 20 years of leadership experience in a number of different industries, including the Personal Service industry, Health and Wellness, Entertainment, and Food and Beverage. My expertise and focus is on operations and leadership growth and development, with effective teamwork as a central pillar for success. My philosophy is "People First" - I believe that an organization can only reach its full potential if it places its people at the heart of each decision. Through my experiences, I've found that effective people management is often the missing piece for a company. I get joy by getting teams excited about what they can do, where they can go, and what they can accomplish together.
